Decision

With the approval of the
Monitoring Officer and the Chair of the Children and Education
Scrutiny Committee, urgency powers have been approved to waive the
28-day forward plan and 5-day consideration
requirements. The decision is still eligible for
call-in. 

 

The Cabinet Member delegated
authority to the Executive Director for Children and Young Peoples
Services to determine and authorise grant funding received from the
Department of Education to service providers of the holiday
activities and food programme.
