Purpose

 The Cabinet Member:  

 

1.      
Authorised the termination of the
contract with Strategic Blue Services Limited with effect upon
commencement of the new contract relating to cloud-based
infrastructure services for the reasons set out in the
report.  

 

2.      
Authorised the award of contract
to Strategic Blue Services Limited for a period of four years for a
sum not exceeding £2,500,000 relating to cloud-based
infrastructure services.  

 

3.      
Authorised the Executive Director
of Corporate Services to vary the new contract, subject to
consultation with the Director of Legal and Governance (or
authorised officer’s).
