Purpose

Approve the entering into of a Member Agreement between the
Council, Peterborough Limited and Peterborough Culture, Heritage,
Learning and Leisure Ltd.

Decision

 Cabinet resolved unanimously to:
 

1.    
Agree that the Member Agreement
should be entered into; and 

 

2.    
Appoint the Service Director for
Environment and Climate Change as the Council’s Shareholder
Representative for the purposes of the Member
Agreement.
