Purpose

To seek approval for the procurement of a new
Integrated Drug and Alcohol Treatment Contract for Peterborough for
Adults and Children.

Decision

Cabinet resolved unanimously
to:

 

a)    
To approve acceptance of the
indicative funding of £2,523,442 of additional Central
Government and local grant funding which is ring-fenced to deliver
drug and alcohol treatment service outcomes.

 

b)    
To approve a corresponding
variation to the council’s contract with Change Grow Live
Limited.

 

c)    
To procure a new Drug and Alcohol
Treatment Service, to commence on 1 April 2026 for a period of
5+1+1+1 years with an estimated total value of up to £14.82M
excluding future grant funding from Central Government and local
sources which is not yet confirmed beyond 25/26.
