The Leader approved
to:  

 

1.    
Rescind executive decision
MAY24/CMDN/111 - The Reviews Pursuant to Part 7 of the Housing Act
1996 - dated 7 May 2024. 

 

2.    
Ratify the award and decision of
the Council to enter into the contracts with Housing Reviews
Limited to undertake and complete any review under Part 7 and
section 202 of Housing Act 1996, as amended, as instructed by the
Executive Director of Places and Economy, for the contract period 1
April 2023 to 31 March 2025, and contract value
£25,000.00. 

 

3.    
Ratifie the reviews undertaken
pursuant to Part 7 and section 202 of the Housing Act 1996, as
amended, under their previous contract prior to the present
contract period commencing on 1 August 2023 until completion of
outstanding reviews, and contract value
£18,700.00. 

 

4.    
Authorise the Executive Director
of Place and Economy, as and when required to review and ratify
decisions made to-date pursuant to Part 7 of the Housing Act 1996,
as amended, under the contracts with Housing Reviews Limited
referred to in the recommendations above.
