Purpose

Increase in value due to annual indexation.

Decision

Cabinet resolved unanimously
to:

 

1.    
Authorise the Council to
commission the following from Peterborough Limited (and the
sub-contracting of such services to Peterborough Culture, Heritage,
Learning and Leisure Ltd) until 31 March 2029, up to the combined
annual fee value of £1.99million (plus any VAT) (subject to
annual increases via indexation/review)? 

a.    
Library and archive
services;? 

b.    
Heritage services (specifically,
Peterborough Museum and Art Gallery and Flag Fen), and in this
case, subject to the Council, in its capacity as trustee of the
Peterborough Museum and Art Gallery (PMAG), obtaining all necessary
consents.? 

 

2.    
Delegates authority to the
Executive Director for Place and Economy, in consultation with the
Director for Legal and Governance and the Deputy Leader and Cabinet
Member for Housing and Communities to take all necessary steps to
implement the decision in the recommendation above, including
negotiating and entering into all documentation reasonably required
to give effect to this recommendation.?
