Purpose

To note the submission of the Final Business Case for the
Peterborough Station Quarter Levelling Up Fund - Round 2 and to
gain approval to enter into contract and subsequent legal
agreements to enable the delivery of the PSQ scheme.

Decision

Cabinet resolved unanimously
to:

 

 

1.    
Authorise the Council to submit a
Full Business Case to the Department for Transport for
£47,850,000 relating to the Peterborough Station Quarter
Levelling Up Fund.  

 

2.    
Authority is sought for the
Executive Director of Corporate Services and S151 Officer to
authorise the Council to enter into any legal property
documentation relating to this matter. 

 

3.    
Authorises the expenditure of
Towns Fund grant funding of £1,455,000 relating to the
Citylink Peterborough Station Quarter works
package.
