Purpose

The Cabinet Member approved the
following: 
 
Authorised the delegation of authority to Cambridgeshire County
Council (CCC) to act as the lead authority for commissioning an
Individual Placement Support (IPS) Service aligned to drug and
alcohol treatment services across Peterborough.
 
The Council to enter into a delegation and partnering agreement
with CCC for the duration of the delegated function.
 
Endorsed that CCC, as the lead authority, enter into a Section
75 agreement with the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Foundation
Trust for the delivery of this function for
Peterborough.
