Purpose

This report is for Cabinet Member for
Housing and Communities, Cllr Steve Allen, to consider exercising
delegated authority under paragraph 3.4.6 of the constitution in
accordance with the terms of their executive functions within their
portfolio.  As the compensation proposed exceeds
£1000, the decision to approve the compensation matter cannot
be made by an officer.
 
There is an exempt appendix
attached to this report that is NOT FOR PUBLICATION by reason of
paragraph 1 of Schedule 12A of Part 1 of the Local Government Act
1972 because it contains information relating to an individual. The
public interest test has been applied to the information contained
within this exempt appendix and it is considered that the need to
retain the information as exempt outweighs the public interest in
disclosing it.
