Purpose

The Cabinet Member authorises the
payments of £6,516.50 to reflect the missed provision and
reflect the distress to Miss X
 

1.   
Pay Miss X £5,516.50 for the missed provision for her child
due to the significant delay in the Children and Family
Assessment.
 

2.   
Pay Miss X £1000.00 to acknowledge the distress caused by the
faults identified in this statement.
 
Total financial remedy of
£6,516.50 in line with a settlement amount recommended by the
Adjudicator of the independent investigation.
