Appendix 1forownership by the Council to supportthe refugee resettlement
programme.

Delegates authorityto the Executive Director of Corporate Service
and Director of Law and Governance, in
consultation with the Cabinet Member for Legal, Finance and Corporate Services,totakeall
necessary steps
to facilitatethe decision in Recommendation 1
including approving the
final terms of each acquisition and entering into any necessary agreements.
