Decision

The Cabinet Member approved the entry into a Deed of Amendment between the council and Homes England  which enabled the council to propose an extension of the Capital Firm Scheme completion date to one that fell between 1 April 2025 and 31 March 2026 for any units which may not meet practical completion prior to 26 March 2025.  

With the approval of the Monitoring Officer and Chair of the Growth, Resources and Communities Scrutiny Committee Chair, the urgency provisions have been evoked to waive the 3-day call-in period.
