Purpose

This is to award a contract for the provision of digital
advertising boards in the city centre.

Decision

The Cabinet Member:

1.    
Delegated the authorisation for
award of a contract for the management of the city centre digital
advertising boards to the Executive Director of Corporate
Services;?? 

2.    
Delegated authority to the
Executive Director of Corporate Services relating to the decision
to extend the contract period following the initial contract term
and in accordance with the contract provisions.? 

3.    
Authorised the council to enter
into any legal documentation relating to the implementation of the
recommendations.??
