Purpose
The Cabinet Member:
1.
Agreed for Peterborough City
Council (PCC) to jointly recommission the National Child
Measurement Programme as an integrated service with Cambridgeshire
County Council (CCC), across Peterborough and
Cambridgeshire.
2.
Authorised PCC to delegate
authority to CCC to act as lead local authority to commission the
National Child Measurement Programme across Peterborough and
Cambridgeshire for the period 1 October 2025 to 30 November 2028
and PCC total value of £142,500.00 to be transferred to CCC
for the duration of the delegation.
3.
Authorised PCC to enter into a
Delegation Agreement with CCC to govern the period and value of the
delegated function.
4.
Delegated decision making in
relation to the delegated function of National Child Measurement
Programme the Director of Public Health.
