Decision

The Cabinet:

1.    
Noted the error stipulated within
the report (at paragraphs 2.4 and 5.1) and decision (JAN25/CAB/63)
relating to the contract period. The contract period should have
said a term of 3 years; with an option to extend up to 4 years, in
increments of twelve (12) months.

2.    
Agreed to the amended contract
period being three (3) years; with an option to extend up to four
(4) years, in increments of twelve (12) months. The other elements
of the decision JAN25/CAB/63, remain unaltered.
