Decision

The Cabinet:

 

1.    
Approved a variation to the annual
value of the delegated function of Integrated Sexual and
Reproductive Health Treatment Services, which PCC delegates to CCC
for the period 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2031. The annual value of
the delegation shall increase by £103,324, reflecting
mandatory Agenda for Change and Medical and Dental uplifts that
must be incorporated within the cost of delivering this health
related service for 2025/26 onwards.

2.    
Authorised a Deed of Variation to
the Delegation Agreement between PCC and CCC that governs delivery
of the Integrated Sexual and Reproductive Health Treatment Services
across Peterborough and Cambridgeshire for the period 1 April 2025
to 31 March 2031. The Deed of Variation shall document the increase
to annual value of PCC’s delegated function by £103,324
per annum (total increase of £619,944 for the duration of the
delegation).
