Proposal to implement a Public
Spaces Protection Order for Pleasure Fair Meadow Car Park to tackle
vehicle-related nuisance and anti-social behaviour.

The Cabinet
Member: 

 

1.    
Authorised the implementation of
the Pleasure Fair Meadow Car Park Public Spaces Protection Order
included at Appendix 1 covering the area as shown in the plan
included at Appendix 2 for 3 years.

 

2.    
Delegated authority to the
Executive Director Place and Economy and Director of Legal &
Governance and Monitoring Officer to take all necessary steps to
implement the decision in Recommendation 1.
