Purpose

Highways Capital Funding -
Integrated Transport Block. Funding from the Department for
Transport to be ported through the CPCA. Approval for Highways
service to place an order with M Group Highways through the
existing Highways Contract 

Decision

Cabinet:

 

1.    
Authorised direct award of the
works to M Group Highways Limited, utilising the existing
Peterborough Highways Term Service Contract, for a total sum not
exceeding £994,307.

 

2.    
Authorised redistribution of
capital funding across the annexes of the 25/26 Transport Capital
Programme of Works.
