Purpose

Review of the impact of the
required capital works at Key Theatre and the impact to the
tenant.

Decision

Cabinet resolved to:

 

1.    
Approve the payment of
compensation for business losses to Landmark Theatres as set out in
the Exempt Annex, for the impacts arising from the Key Theatre
capital works and associated pantomime relocation.

 

2.    
Delegate authority to the
Executive Director of Place and Economy and in conjunction with the
Executive Director of Corporate Services and Section 151 Officer
for the implementation of the payment.
