Cabinet RESOLVED
unanimously to: 

 

1.    
Authorise the award of a contract
for the delivery of Integrated Drug and Alcohol Treatment Services
within Peterborough to Change Grow Live Services Ltd for the 5-year
initial term from the 1st
of April 2026 to the
31st
of March 2031 at a maximum value
of £13,456,555;

2.    
Acknowledge the total term of the
new contract is 8 years, which includes three optional extension
periods, with each extension period being 12 months. Should the
Council seek to exercise an option to extend the contract beyond
its 5-year initial term, Cabinet approval must be sought before any
extension period is utilised; and 

 

3.    
Delegate authority to the Director
of Public Health, in consultation with the relevant Cabinet Member,
the Executive Director of Corporate Services and Section 151
officer, and the Director of Legal and Governance and Monitoring
Officer, to award the additional grant funding to Change Grow Live
for a total maximum value of £11, 901, 247 over the 5-year
initial term of contract.
