Purpose

To approve acceptance of the
annual Grant Funding Allocation from the Cambridgeshire &
Peterborough Combined Authority (CPCA) to deliver the Adult
Education Budget and associated programmes across Peterborough for
the academic year 2025/26.

Decision

The Cabinet
Member: 

 

1.    
Approved the acceptance of the
funding (£5,166,000.00) from the CPCA to support the delivery
of the Adult Education Budget in Peterborough and to authorise the
Council to enter into the Grant Funding Agreement with CPCA for
this funding. 

 

2.    
Approved the allocation of this
funding to City College Peterborough and delegate authority to the
Director for Education to authorise the release
of 
funding to City College
Peterborough as and when required.
