Purpose

This decision seeks to approve the
award of a contract to deliver the council’s back-office
systems that support much of our enforcement and related activity,
including parking enforcement, parking permits, environmental
enforcement, and moving traffic offences.

Cabinet RESOLVED
to:

 

1.    
Approve the award of a contract
for parking and environmental back-office systems to Imperial Civil Enforcement Solutions Limited
(company number 2023383) with effect from 1st December
2025 for a period up to 5 years (being an initial
term of 3 years with the option to
extend up to 2 years) with a total value of £505,615 exc. VAT
(and £606,738 inc.VAT) (subject to annual inflation in line with
CPI over
the possible term of 5 years). 

 

2.    
Delegate
authority to the Executive Director for Place and Economy to authorise
annual uplifts in line with CPI throughout the contract period.
