To approve the budget for the A16
Norwood highway project; to complete the Full Business Case and
detailed design to help unlock the Norwood and Leeds Farm
developments, subject to CPCA Board approval.

to
1.
(a) Approve acceptance of the
grant and (b) approve the Council/relevant officers to enter into a
Grant Funding Agreement with the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough
Combined Authority (CPCA) in respect of the £727,000 awarded
to the A16 Norwood Project.
2.
Note that an amendment to the
Capital Programme will take place to recognise the funding and
expenditure associated with this grant and will be reported as part
of the next BCR report to Cabinet.
3.
Approve officers to commission M
Group Highways Limited to undertake the Full Business Case and
detailed design relating to the A16 Norwood Project for the sum of
£727,000, via the Council’s existing Peterborough
Highways Term Service Contract subject to completion of the Grant
Funding Agreement.
