City Council entering
into a nomination agreement with Inclusion Housing Community
Interest Company, a company registered in England and Wales (under
number 06169583) whose registered
office is at 106 Heworth Green, York, England, YO31
7TQ, for a period of ten years with
an option to extend on a year by year basis thereafter relating
to sixteen supported
living units at The Wheatsheaf, 322 Eastfield Road, Peterborough,
PE1 4RA. 

2.    
delegated authority to Executive Director for Adult Social
Care to vary the nomination
agreement where more supported
living units become available for
Peterborough City Council to nominate eligible individuals to
occupy.
