Purpose

The attached report/background
information is NOT FOR PUBLICATION in accordance with paragraph (s) 1, 2 and 7
of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972
in that it contains information relating to information relating to
an individual and information relating to an investigation of a
crime. The public interest test has been applied to the information
contained within the exempt annex (Annex 1) and it is considered that the need
to retain the information as exempt outweighs the public
interest in disclosing it.

 

That the Cabinet Member approve
the decision to determine the land as contaminated under Part IIA
of the Environmental Protection Act 1990, section
78A(2).
