to:

 

1.    
Note the purchase by the Council of the Property from Peterborough Investment Partnership for
£250,000 in February 2024 for the purpose of providing a food and beverage facility as part
of the Towns Fund project. 

 

2.    
Approve the Property is declared
surplus to requirements. 

 

3.    
Approve the
marketing of the Property and financial implications set out in the
report. 

 

4.    
Note that the outcome of the marketing exercise will be presented back to
Cabinet with a recommendation. 

 

5.    
Delegate authority to the Executive Director for Place
and Economy in consultation with the Directors of Corporate
Services and Legal and Governance to take all necessary steps to
give effect to the recommendations, including entering into any
necessary legal agreements.
