Approve the disposal of The
Barn and rear land, in accordance with Section 123 of the Local Government Act
1972 and The General Disposal Consent (England)
2003.

Delegate authority to the
Executive Director of Place & Economy in conjunction with
the Executive
Director of Corporate Services and Director
of Legal and Governance, to agree final terms and
complete the disposal including the payment of any overage
provisions.
