Purpose

Consideration of
the business
interruption impact to Landmark Theatres following
the extension
of works to mitigate RAAC at the Key Theatre.

Decision

Cabinet RESOLVED
to:

 

1.    
Approve the allocation of funding from reserves, creation of the associated
budget and authorise the payment of compensation for business losses to Landmark Theatres as set out in the Exempt Annex, for the impacts arising from the Key Theatre
capital works. 

 

2.    
Delegate authority to the
Executive Director of Place and Economy and in conjunction with the
Executive Director of Corporate Services for the implementation of
the payment.
