Purpose

Cabinet consent, as the sole shareholder of Peterborough Limited, for
the company
to enter into a one year licence in relation to land adjacent to Flag Fen. The company is required to obtain the council's consent as a
Reserved Matter, before it can enter into any licence over land.

1.    
Approve and authorise Peterborough
Limited entering into a licence agreement in the form contained
within Exempt Annex A, for a proposed term of 1 year?commencing?on
or after 1?October 2025?(subject to requiring approval to any minor
amendments,?pursuant to?recommendation 2 below).?

 

2.    
Delegate authority to the
Executive Director for Place and Economy, in consultation with the
Director of Legal and Governance and Monitoring Officer, to approve minor
amendments to the form of Exempt Annex A.??
