Purpose

To assist Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority towards asset managing their proposed new bus depot site, including supporting with design development and planning.
 

Decision

The Cabinet Member for Transport:

1. Approved the Council entering into a grant funding agreement with CPCA for the receipt of £870,990 which the Council intends to use to support broader regeneration outcomes for a new bus depot in Peterborough, as set out within this report.
2. Delegated authority to the Executive Director for Place and Economy in consultation with the Director of Legal and Governance & Monitoring Officer and the Executive Director of Corporate Services & Section 151 Officer to enter into and sign any required legal or financial documentation relating to the recommendations set out in this report.
