Purpose

To inform Cabinet of the 2025/26 outturn for both revenue and capital budgets.

Decision

1. Review the final 2025/26 revenue and capital outturn as set out in the main report and Appendices A and B.
2. Reviews performance against the Prudential Indicators as outlined in Appendix C and the performance on payments, debt collection performance and local taxation

outlined in Appendix D.

1. Notes the proposed Innovation Fund Reserve commitments as set out in section 6 of this report, which includes a £0.210m commitment towards the regional (Cambridgeshire and Peterborough) Local Government Reorganisation Implementation Fund.
2. Recommends an amendment to the capital programme to reflect the new bids as set out in section 7 of this report.
