Purpose
The Cabinet Member:

Authorised grant funding to eligible Ofsted registered early
years providers as set out in Appendix 1 from 1 September 2024 to
31 August 2025 to enable the delivery of funded early years
provision, in line with the Early Years Entitlements: local
authority operational guide 2024 to 2025.

Delegated authority to the Director for Education to
authorise funding to new childcare providers for the period 1
September 2024 to 31 August 2025.
