Cabinet resolved to:
 

Approves in principle the review of PCC freehold assets at
market value as listed below. 

 

Delegate authority to the Executive Director of Corporate
Services to take all necessary steps to facilitate the outcome of
recommendation 1 including approving the final terms of any
disposal and entering into any necessary agreements.

Approve in principle the review of PCC assets as listed in the
report. 
 

·      
All locality asset disposals will be subject to cabinet approval
regardless of value.
 

·      
Delegate authority in accordance with Financial Regulations and the
Constitution to the Executive Director of Corporate Services for
disposal of all commercial assets.
