Noted the progress
of the Portsmouth Enhanced Partnership and Scheme;

1.   
Approved the Portsmouth Enhanced Partnership Forward
Plan;

2.   
Accepted additional DfT Funding for the 2025/2026
financial year as set out in paragraph 5.2;

3.   
Delegated authority to the Assistant Director of
Transport to make minor amendments to the plan in consultation with
the Enhanced Partnership Board and Cabinet Member for
Transport.
