DECISIONS
The Cabinet Member for
Community Safety, Leisure & Sport:

1.   Approved the modification of the contract
between the council and BH Live which will result in BH Live
operating the council's leisure centres as an agent rather than a
principal contractor for the remainder of the contract term.
 

2.   Delegated authority to the Director of Culture,
Leisure and Regulatory Services along with the Section 151 Officer,
and the City Solicitor, to agree the terms of the contract
variation, and to conclude the agreement with BH Live as soon as is
practicable.

 

3.   
Instructed that an update be brought to this meeting in a years'
time.
