Agreed that the Cabinet Member for Housing and
Tackling Homelessness approves the use of the consultation process
established in 2023 for the inclusion of the walls in their
portfolio identified in Appendix 1 for inclusion in the 2025 Look
Up Portsmouth festival.

Agreed that the Cabinet Member for Transport
approves the use of the consultation process established in 2023
for the inclusion of the walls in their portfolio identified in the
attached Appendix 1 for inclusion in the 2025 Look Up Portsmouth
festival.

Agreed that the Cabinet Member for Community Safety,
Leisure & Sport approves the use of the consultation process
established in 2023 for the inclusion of the walls in their
portfolio identified in the attached Appendix 1 for inclusion in
the 2025 Look Up Portsmouth festival.

Agreed that the Cabinet Member for Children,
Families & Education approves the use of the consultation
process established in 2023 for the inclusion of the walls in their
portfolio identified in the attached Appendix 1 for inclusion in
the 2025 Look Up Portsmouth festival.

Agreed that the Cabinet Member for Community
Wellbeing, Health & Care approves the use of the consultation
process established in 2023 for the inclusion of the walls in their
portfolio identified in the attached Appendix 1 for inclusion in
the 2025 Look Up Portsmouth festival.

architect, for his coordination of the City Council’s
contribution to the festival and to the festival organisers,
partners and agencies that have supported the festival.
