DECISIONS
1.   
Noted the progress made to date on the BSIP Highways Capital
Programme;
2.   
Approved amendments to the BSIP Highways Capital Programme set out
in this report including those schemes progressing into detailed
design;
3.   
Delegated authority to the Assistant Director of Transport to make
minor amendments to the plan in consultation with the Enhanced
Partnership Board and Cabinet Member for Transport.
