1.   
Endorsed the publication by HCC of the Local Nature Recovery
Strategy covering the whole of Hampshire Including Portsmouth.
2.   
Noted the consultation process undertaken by HCC to date including
the public consultation between 12 May and 23 June 2025.
3.   
Noted that PCC Officers are satisfied with the content of the LNRS
as presented and that concerns raised with previous drafts of the
LNRS have now been rectified by HCC. 
4.   
Agreed that officers raise with Hampshire County Council concerns,
as raised in the Portfolio Decision meeting, in respect of the
implementation and delivery of the LNRS and to delegate authority
to the Assistant Director of Planning & Economic Growth in
consultation with the Portfolio Holder for Climate Change and
Greening the City to finalise those concerns.
