Noted the forecast year end budget overspend
position for the Dedicated Schools Grant at 30 June 2025, together
with the associated explanations contained within this
report.

Noted that in accordance with responsible financial
management, mitigation plans will be considered over the Quarter 2
period to alleviate the forecast in year overspend

3.   
Approved the revisions to the 2025-26 budget as set
out in Appendix 1 and section 8.

4.   
Approved the new funding arrangements for the Early
Years Special Educational Needs Inclusion Fund (SENDIF) emerging,
the proposed hourly rate of £11.50 for the SENDIF+ Complex
Needs and the proposed Early Years Inclusion Centre hourly rate of
£19.00, as set out in section 9.
