1.       Delegated authority
to the Assistant Director of Property & Investment, the
Assistant Director of Procurement and the City Solicitor in
consultation with the Leader to:
1.1      Finalise the future
operator requirements (section 4.6),
1.2      Undertake marketing and
procurement of a new Tower operator,
1.3      Complete and execute all
required contract documentation to enable 1.1 and 1.2 above.
