Approved that Natalie Brahma-Pearl, the Chief Executive, should be
authorised to agree the draft Statutory Instrument (a summary of
which is in Appendix 1)

2.   
Delegated authority to the Chief Executive to agree any further
proposed minor changes to the Statutory Instrument, which are
necessary prior to it being laid before Parliament.
