Approved the draft Port ESG Strategy as presented in Appendix A,
thereby establishing a formal framework through which the
Port’s environmental, social and governance commitments will
be advanced.

2.   
Approved the ESG metrics framework proposed for annual reporting,
enabling systematic monitoring of performance, transparency of
outcomes, and alignment with both statutory obligations and
Portsmouth City Council’s wider strategic priorities.

3.   
Delegated authority to the Port Director, acting in consultation
with the relevant Cabinet Member portfolio holder, to implement the
ESG Strategy, ensure operational integration across Port
activities, and oversee ongoing compliance with the approved
framework.
