wide Neighbourhood CIL fund to fund the repair and enhancement of
Christmas lights infrastructure and additional/replacement
Christmas Light Motifs across the city (or otherwise agreed priority sites).
And

2.   
Gave approval that any
underspend from the allocated funding is retained as a ringfenced
reserve for the future of maintaining the provision of Christmas
lights in the city.
