1.      
Thanked the panel for its work in undertaking the
review;

Noted the 8 recommendations of the review, which are
listed in Section 4 and Appendices A and B of this report,
including the financial implications relating to recommendations 4
and 6; and

3.      
Noted the responses from officers detailing how each
of the recommendations will be implemented as set out in Section 4
of the report.

4.      
Rejected noting or inclusion of the preface but
noted the sincere thanks of the ECYP Panel Chair to officers, panel
members and witnesses who contributed to the review.
