1. 
Approved the updated Statement of Community
Involvement (CSI)  as set out in
Appendix 1 of this report for a six-week public
consultation.

2. 
Agreed that, assuming that no major matters
leading to substantial changes are raised as part of the
consultation, that the SCI is adopted by the City
Council.

3. 
Agreed that minor amendments to the SCI arising
from the consultation to be approved by the Assistant Director of
Planning & Economic Growth
