South Tees Joint Health Scrutiny Committee

REMIT   To review and scrutinise relevant health service providers and commissioners in Middlesbrough and Redcar & Cleveland under powers for local authorities to scrutinise the NHS contained in the Health and Social Care Act 2001, the NHS Act 2006 and the Health and Social Care Act 2012 and related regulations.   Support for the South Tees Joint Health Scrutiny Committee alternates between Redcar and Cleveland Council and Middlesbrough Council.  Other papers can be found here.
