Meeting papers can be found here.   Remit   As part of the Tees Valley Combined Authority’s democratic governance, the Tees Valley Combined Authority Scrutiny Committee has statutory powers to oversee all aspects of the work carried out by the Cabinet.  It can review policies and financial arrangements, call in decisions for review, and hold the Mayor, Cabinet and senior officers to account.   It is made up of 15 Councillors, ensuring an effective democratic link back to the elected members of the partner authorities.
