Purpose

The Executive is recommended to approve a
further 5-year agreement to the existing supplier by a direct award
via a compliant CCS Framework call-off with a contract value of
£715K.

Decision

RESOLVED –
that the Executive agrees:
 
(i)            
The proposed procurement strategy to undertake a direct award
approach via CCS Virtual Application Solutions Framework, to award
a five-year contract to NEC Software Solutions Ltd to supply and
support a hosted IT solution for provision of Revenues and Benefits
associated Software and Services, from 1st January 2025 to 31st
December 2029 (with 90 days prior notice before the annual
anniversary of the contract should the Council use its discretion,
to terminate), at an estimated contract value of £725K
(£870k including VAT).
