Purpose

To approve the annual rent review
proposal.

Decision

RESOLVED –
that the Executive:
 
(i)            
Approves a 2.7% rent increase for Council owned social and
affordable rent homes in 2025-26, with the increase limited to the
Local Allowance rate; and
(ii)          
Delegates authority to agree the annual service charge to the
Head of Housing and Intervention.
