Purpose

Authority is sought:
- to adjust the Emergency Accommodation/Temporary Accommodation
budget upwards to reflect a redistribution of external grant
funding.
- to adjust the LAHF R1 budget downwards to reflect a
redistribution of external grant funding.

Decision

RESOLVED –
that the Executive agreed to:
 
(i)            
Increase the Emergency Accommodation/Temporary Accommodation
(EA/TA) budget envelope by £0.183m in the Capital Programme
to reflect the reallocation of grant funding from the Ministry of
Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG).
(ii)          
Decrease the Local Authority Housing Fund (LAHF R1) budget
envelope in the Capital Programme by £0.183m to reflect the
reallocation of grant funding from MHCLG.
